FAQ
What is ROAS?
ROAS means return on ad spend. It shows how much revenue a campaign generated for each dollar spent on ads.
How do you calculate ROAS?
Divide revenue from ads by ad spend. For example, $3,000 in revenue from $1,000 in ad spend equals 3.00x ROAS.
Is ROAS the same as profit?
No. ROAS uses revenue, not net profit. You still need to account for product cost, shipping, platform fees, and other expenses.
